As a service designer, I bridge the gap between complex systems and human needs with a core commitment to equity and accessibility. With ten years of experience across the public and private sectors in both America and Australia, I’ve directed design from healthcare, government, education, transport to finance and infrastructure, helping organizations offer more meaningful, inclusive experiences.
My role is to shine a light on the hidden dependencies and the gaps that everyone feels but no one has named yet. When we put everything on the table the research, the hard data, and the shared vision we stop guessing and start making decisions based on how a service actually works. At its heart, this is about making a system visible so we can see the ripple effects of our choices.

In the field of service design, the "product" is often a change in how people behave or how a backend system functions. For example; if I redesign a hospital check-in process, the result isn't just an app; it’s shorter wait times and less stressed staff. Because my work focuses on systemic change, success isn't a static deliverable it’s the sustained improvement in how a service lives after I leave the room.
